Internal audits

We have the skills and experience to conduct thorough and detailed audits of your quality management system. Our audit reports will meet the requirement of carrying out internal audits. They will also expose real opportunities for improvement that will reduce errors and make your business more efficient.
External provider qualification
Is your supply chain failing to meet your needs? Do you need to expand your supplier network? Do you have to audit your suppliers but can’t spare the internal resources to do it? We can help.
Whether your suppliers provide products or services, aerospace or general manufacturing, we have the experience to conduct a fair and thorough on-site audit on your behalf. We will give you a detailed report that will enable you to make the right decisions.
Corrective action response
Perhaps your customer has issued a corrective action (CAR) to your organization. Maybe they expect 5-why, 8-D or fishbone diagrams in the response. Perhaps you already submitted a response and it was rejected.
The fact is, corrective action responses are seldom done correctly. They often rely on an incomplete root cause analysis, and the corrective action ends up being the same as the correction.

QMS updates
We will review, update and re-organize your QMS documentation for ease of maintenance and accuracy.
Audit representation

Before the audit, we will evaluate your QMS, make correction recommendations, and work with you to implement the corrections, so that you are ready on audit day.
We can also act as your organization’s point of contact with the auditors, freeing your time to run your business. We would coordinate all the logistics, prepare the documented information and generally present your organization in the best light possible, to ensure a good audit result.
After the audit, we can help you work through any findings, so that timely, effective responses are implemented.
